Petit bespoke planning
Our Petite or partial package, lifts four key tasks off your planning shoulders—tailored to what you most want help with—while keeping you fully involved in the creative decisions. Whether that’s venue sourcing, finding a florist, shaping the design, or managing key suppliers, we work hand-in-hand with you to create a plan that’s uniquely yours. The package also includes on-the-day coordination.
On the day Coordination
Planning your own wedding but want to enjoy it stress-free? We’ll design your wedding timeline and coordinate your vendors in advance, and throughout the wedding day. Our bilingual event coordinators take care of setup, decorating, problem solving and schedules, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From lighting candles to cueing speeches, we handle every detail so you can fully immerse yourself in the moment.

Our name, Romarin—French for rosemary—reflects the enduring beauty of this herb, which blooms year-round across the hills of Provence. An ancient symbol of love and devotion, Romarin inspires our commitment to crafting bespoke events as unique and cherished as the memories they create.
Founded by Rachel Philibert, a British expat whose 12 year career planning political and corporate events in London and Paris, had her dreaming of something more creative and rooted in love.
We create intimate gatherings and grand celebrations, guiding our clients with expertise, style, and meticulous attention to detail. Every event we design is a reflection of our clients’ individuality and aspirations.
